Returns: Returns may only be accepted if they meet the following prerequisites: 1. Item(s) must be returned within the 28 day period to the following address: Napalm Records Handels GmbH, Hammerplatz 2, 8790 Eisenerz, Austria 2. Items must be returned in their original state; i.e., shrink-wrapped and sealed data carriers, such as CDs, LPs, DVDs, as well as Boxsets must be intact and returned unopened. 3. Damaged merchandising items, such as t-shirts, longsleeves, hooded sweatshirts, etc. may be returned as long as they are unworn and unwashed. 4. All returns must be returned by mail with sufficient postage (you may choose the least expensive rate). We are only able to accept postage paid returns. Packages not adhering to this prerequisite will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. The original shipping cost will be credited to the account (in the form of stamps or store credit), as long as the return is accepted; i.e., meets our specified requirements. 5. Returns should be packaged with utmost care to avoid lost items or damage during transportation. Returns should be, if at all possible, returned in the original packaging. 6. Always include a copy of the invoice with a short note stating the reason for the return and if you prefer and exchange, an alternative item, a store credit for a future order, or a refund. Damaged Deliveries: Please make sure that you receive an undamaged package (if necessary open the package in the presence of the postman). Do not, under any circumstance, accept a damaged delivery (e.g. an opened or damaged box), since by doing this you implicitly confirm the receipt of undamaged items. Miscellaneous: -All deliveries are subject to our terms of delivery. -Special offers are only valid while supplies last. -All prices found in this catalog are in Euro and include the corresponding legal sales tax. -Prices are subject to change. -Due to printing irregularities, slight divergences in color may occur. -The delivered goods remain the property of Napalm Records Handels GmbH until paid in full. -Please be sure to use the current exchange rate in your calculations. We only accept payment in Euros or US Dollars. -Only orders of at least 10 Euros will be processed. Credit Card Orders: We only accept Visa and Mastercard. All credit card orders require a valid telephone/fax number whereby a verbal confirmation can be made if we feel there is a question about the charges. Credit card fraud is a felony and Naplam Records will aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number. Napalm Records tracks every transaction and will use all means available to prosecute individuals attempting fraud. In paying with credit card, you hereby state that the information provided is correct and that you are the valid credit card holder. If you are not an established customer of ours paying by credit card, we reserve the right to refuse your order. This is particularly true (but not limited to) the following countries: CROATIA, SLOVENIA, ISRAEL, PERU, COLOMBIA, EGYPT, RUSSIA, BRAZIL. All unusually large orders (over $100) may be confirmed verbally via telephone before the order will be processed. Should you be using your parent's credit card, be sure to obtain expressed permission before ordering. Using anyone else's credit card without their knowledge or consent is FRAUD. You will be prosecuted. We will perform an address verification on every order; i.e., your shipping address MUST match the address on file with the credit card company of the card you are using.
